Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weavz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weavz is an integration infrastructure platform that provides connection management, MCP servers, triggers, and action execution for third-party services. The Service is available as a hosted SaaS offering. Private cloud deployments are available for enterprise customers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and service keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, service keys, and MCP tokens. All actions performed using your credentials are your responsibility. Credentials for third-party services are encrypted at rest and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Action add-on packs are one-time purchases that apply to the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. Third-party credentials are encrypted using AES-256 and scoped to your organization.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Weavz is proprietary software. All rights to the platform, code, and documentation are reserved. You retain all rights to your data and content processed through the Service. Third-party integrations are subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
